Shipping policy

1. Is there any postage/shipping fee for my purchase?
Yes. Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight and destination using the following courier services:

• Peninsular Malaysia (SM): Volumetric Weight (Skynet or J&T Express)
• Sabah & Sarawak (SS): Volumetric Weight (Skynet or J&T Express)
• International: Volumetric Weight (FedEx Express)

2. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after order processing.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next working day (e.g. Monday)
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day (e.g. Monday)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.
