Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Please read and understand our store's Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase from A Cut Above. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Return Policy
Our return policy applies to all regular-priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Defective items, or
  • Items that are grossly misrepresented in the product listings.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Valid proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt)
  • Product must be in complete condition, including any free gifts, accessories, and original packaging

If you meet the above criteria and wish to apply for a return, please contact us at customercare@acutabove.com.my. We will provide you with the return address upon confirmation.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of the original returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request. A Cut Above reserves the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit, unreasonable, or not in compliance with this policy.

Exchange Policy
By default, an approved return will be processed as an exchange for the same product.

In the event that the original item is out of stock, you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange for any other available item, or

For exchanges involving items of lower value, no refund will be issued for the price difference. For exchanges involving items of higher value, customers are required to pay the price difference prior to processing.

Refund Policy
Refunds (limited to the original amount paid for the returned item) are only available if the returned item is out of stock and an exchange cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 21 working days.

  2. Please contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
